its basically a Microsoft Word but better. if u dont have Microsoft word this is probably the next best thing

if u need it go to www.openoffice.org

and click the big button that says "i want to download OpenOffice.org"

then it takes u to a page where the save file box pops up. click save file

once u have it downloaded go where u saved it and install it
