You turn on your PS3, and you find out that you have been automatically signed out, and receive the Error Code: 8001050F.
Here's my story:
A couple hours ago I was started up LittleBigPlanet.
It froze, and didn't even get to the loading screen.
Later, I turn on my PS3 and everything works. Playing LBP online just fine, until I got disconnected, and can't get back online.
It shows an error "Automatically signed out of PSN Error Code: 8001050F".
I research about this problem and on Yahoo! Answers, Playstation Forum, and almost all gaming site users are reporting the same problem.
What's the reason behind this?
If you havn't noticed, Playstation.com just got a refreshing new design.
Now this error could be a good thing, or a bad thing.
This could mean they are implementing new features to PSN (maybe we'll
be able to message from our PC's?) or this could be a bad error that
showed up while they were redesigning the site.
Why would they need to mess with PSN to redesign a site, unless they are incorporating something between the two (hint hint?).
All I know, is that Playstation is working really hard to get everything back to normal, and who knows?
Maybe we'll get new PSN features.

We're aware that many of you are having problems connecting to PSN, and yes, we're looking into it. Stay tuned for updates.
This could be a bad thing, meaning they don't know what went wrong.

| lol kee you noob, they didnt get hacked, they were fixing a glitch with the ps3's clock. they shut down the servers so just incased something malfunctioned, nobody will loose data or something, bthe clock reset it self to like 1999 or something so they were just fixin it, btw most ps3 slims werent affected by it, i wasnt  |
