Today... we lose a great player, friend, and coach for the game of medal of honor heroes 2.
SD, GOC, KF, TR, CKM Prophecy has retired.
I remember first meeting him in GOC.. I was CKM Boston.. him GOC PROPHECY. We warred, and we got creamed just like every other time we played GOC, and he stayed in the game long after with us practicing. Near the end, he said to us, you CKM aren't so bad. I had been cracking a lot of jokes and such.. so it was a good ice breaker.
Little did I or he know what was going to become out of this. Later he joined TR after GOC died. I became CKM Reddog, and he didn't know who I was until he said fuck you to me a couple times cuz i was sniping him in a snipe game.. and i told him.. do you remember CKMBoston? thats me.
He lightened up.
A couple MONTHS later.. after a bunch of clans had died, and I was leader of CKM, I invited him to tryouts. He agreed, and he made it of course. We chilled in CKM for about a week, and KF took him away.
He lightened up.
CKM died, and I chose KF, wanting to see my friends again. And there, I saw prophecy. We were acquantinces at the time, but now it was becoming more of a friendship.
Eventually we exchanged cell phone numbers after we both knew who each other were.
He lightened up.
We texted a lot, and then he kinda went silent for a while.. and so did I. I didn't see him in mohh2 that much, and i just assumed he had retired. He had taken a break, little did I know, but it wasn't much of a loss to me, because he wasn't a great friend or anything.
But now..
SD Prophecy is retiring. We've been through a lot more since that time, and I've taught him things, and he's taught me. What I have decided to say about him is that he has come to be a very good friend to me, not just in a game, but in life as well.
Jake, I hope you do great things, accomplish what you can.
